Q: What is ASH?

A: ASH stands for Advanced Scientific Health. The information we provide throughout the outreach program is based on advanced scientific health research which comes in large part from the scientific health community.

Q: How do I Take the Formulas?

A:Since each person is going to be different and will develope their own personal plan of action I can share with you some of my reasoning and why and how I take the Formulas as I do.
